But I vaguely remember him saying in one of the earlier episodes (don't quote me on this lol) that he had an older version from before they fixed stuff? Unless i'm thinking of a different sonic game.. honestly who knows with sonic :P

Very true, Sonic Team just needs to stop trying to fix what wasn't broken. He doesn't need gimmicks like motion controls or lycanthropy, lol. Just make with the fast runs, and if you're gonna do it in 3d, wrangle that camera a little tighter.

Anyhoo, I'll quit derailing the YouTube talk with vidger game talk, lol.

Since it is relevant at this time of year. Lazymasquerade is a decent channel. I think he has a good voice, but it grates after a while.

The only Youtuber I watch is Chris Broad with his Abroad in Japan channel. I just find him really likeable and I love the content he makes. Also Natsuki is a gift from the Gods to make us all happy!

Other than that, not sure if it counts, but the SM Entertainment channel.

I used to watch that quite a bit. Loved seeing him get his friends to try out marmite.

I think that was one of the first I saw of his, my other half showed me because he hates Marmite and I love it. Also the video getting them all to try swearwords was top notch.

Chris' content is so good! It helped me allot, when I went for my 1st time ever in Japan, this year in August. And Natsuki is just gold!!!

Anyway...there's only like...2 channels I'm seriously checking on them. It's Dashiegames and Cryoatic. When I want someone just to have a laugh, I go to Dashiegames, because he always makes me laugh, with how bad he is at shooters, or at Mario Maker, or just how easy he gets scared on horror games. He also has his niche, talking somewhat like a ''gangsta' ''. Cryoatic is my go to, when I want play someone who plays a game for it's story, who gets immersed in it, and has a voice just as good as Morgan Freeman....no...even better then Morgan Freeman for me lol

Have you been watching his Cycle Across Japan videos at the moment? They're really good and show so much beauty from more rural and untouristy areas :<3:

Yup, been checking on that as well. It's just stunning how much beauty Japan has. I've done something slightly similar. On my 3 days in Kyoto, the last one I spent it just getting lost on the surrounding areas outside of Kyoto. It was such a unique experience. Definitely coming back in a year or two.

I'm going to Kyoto for the first time next year and I'm hoping to be able to do that! I love the challenges Chris has been doing along the way.

You will love it. While there is barely any people who knows ''Engrish'', they are still super polite and friendly. And they will even do impressions or imitate something to try to explain you a thing. Something very similar to one of Chris' videos happened to me as well. Me and ex went to this super traditional restaurant, where the meniu was all Japanese, and the waitress was making sounds of a cow for beef ''moo moo'' :haha: or making chicken sounds, for chicken. I loved it how warm, friendly and polite they were as a country. They also appreciate ALLOT, you trying to speak their language. I went to this maid cafe, in Akihabara and put all my knowledge of 12 years of watching anime into practice, and they were super impressed with me, and as a reward, they've let me take a picture with my own camera with a maid (which is very frowned taking pics with your own camera in a maid cafe apparently...you can only take it from their instant snap pictures, the small ones). I'll leave also a small pic with the maid

Anyway, I'll stop derailing the thread with my experience in Japan. If you would like to know more (even though you probably know most of everything from Chris' videos), just drop me a message, and I would gladly talk about my experience, to a fellow Japanese culture lover heh :D

That's brilliant, you should start a thread in the journal section.

Is it? I'm kinda afraid I might mess up some words, or expressions...English isn't my mother language, so sometimes I might express myself the wrong way. I might do that...and just talk about my experience on the countries I been exploring.
