I like how your redraw turned out. You can definitely see improvement in your artwork. The character looks cool, I'd like to know how you came up with the concept.

Nice job on the transparency. Looks like the third new egg is too transparent, or maybe a bit more than transparency alone is needed to show it is sitting on top of the others. I can see it to an extent. Maybe if you had cleaned cut out all the egg from the background or used a black one, or a pan/plate it'd bring the eggs out more. Still, it's a great job.

Thank you for the critque. I definitely see what you mean about the eggs. I think making the eggs that overlap a little darker where they were over lapping might have helped. As for the background, I was tempted to actually detail it, but my problem is patience... I really do need to take more time to do stuff.. lol

Side note: Quick paint, just practicing using thicker brushes to render pictures in photoshop..
