That's one of the good things about being deaf, once I take my hearing aids out and my head hits the Pillow, even a Thunderstorm doesn't wake me up.

yeah, my partner is the same way
once his hearing aids are out he hears so little he sleeps like a baby through the storms
luckily now i have a full weekend off and can rest up
