i think we're both old? well lived in?
i dont mean old in a negative way at all
but when i go to my dance classes and see my energy levels versus the 20-somethings, then yeah, i feel a bit old haha
but hey, we're allllllll a little old
aging is something that happens to all of us
i embrace it, but also acknowledge it

still have....2 weeks? i think? to go (27th)
just was on my mind as i was asked to do a speaking event that day




which is my update today, if i havent already spoken about it that is
i do forget
my old machinist school asked if id come do another speaking panel thing for women in manufacturing
it will be held on my birthday
i'll for sure do it, i do it every year
i like talking to other girls and women about how manufacturing might be for them but also it might not be
will only know if someone talks about it and all the facets of it
dont have to run a machine
but ya could
male/female/other doesnt matter!
there are jobs and careers out there for it
etc etc
so ill be doing that in the am, then work? (or a day off, tbd), and then sleep, and then movie!

To be fair I do feel my age a bit when I'm sparring against litte 'uns at Taekwondo.

Like the other night, I was up with this tiny little girl, couldn't have been much more than 6, she was terrified and kept backing away bless her.
