I need a new phone - What should I get?

Post by Rich-Allen1976 » Yesterday, 15:36

Above.

Because the screen is rather smashed up on my Motorola Moto G5, I am in need of a new phone, however I'm still paying off the Airtime/Device plan on my Google Pixel 7 which is also smashed up.

What phone should I get when I can though? I'm after a Pixel 10A ideally, depends on the price, or a Samsung Galaxy 25, I can't use an Iphone due to lack of Itunes compatibility in Windows 11.

Thoughts? I am aware of Google and they have mobile phones in North America.

I don't beee-lieve it!

£500 for a Pixel 10A?
£600 for a S25?

Given your track record, why are you looking at such expensive phones, or are you looking for 2nd hand ones?

What do you use your phone for?

If it's just calls, messaging and games, get something cheap and cheerful with a large/expandable memory, and get a strong, shock resistant case and screen protector.

Now, I don't know much about phones. but what about this one...

To those just starting on the journey of life I say...
Bang your own drum. Walk your own path. Live wildly. Love fiercely.
As you near the end, look back with no regrets.

A second hand phone would be an option if not for the fact it's happened more than once that I've bought on eBay and it's all gone Pear shaped, and just over 2 years ago I got banned from CEX over an argument about digital cameras.

Also, I spoke to Mum yesterday, as you know, I have a birthday coming up in early April, and she says my need for a new phone is "in hand".
I don't beee-lieve it!
