Injured, due to my support worker being a complete arse jockey and not supporting me at the Cosplay Masquerade yesterday, I had a bad fall and am now suffering since last night with potentially broken ribs.

Been in bed all morning, I need to struggle downstairs for a coffee and some lunch.

Angry, should be in Leeds now attending a comic con, but the staff member who was assigned to go's called in sick, she's actually in Hospital apparently, and there's no one else available to go... I sympathise but they've known my plans today for several weeks, they could've made arrangements.

But no, as is the nature of the care sector, they don't go no staff!!!!!!!!!!
