Just trying to divert a package that's coming on Thursday from Royal Mail to the Office, however according to the attached pic I can't do it due to the annoyingly crappy RM website.
Is there a solution?
I am aware of Google.

Nope! Sorry. I can't help with that.
To those just starting on the journey of life I say...
Bang your own drum. Walk your own path. Live wildly. Love fiercely.
As you near the end, look back with no regrets.

Safe place updated for the item because I'm never in on a Thursday.
Must've been because it was after hours that it didn't work last night.
