That is a big challenge indeed and I can totally understand this kind of stuff being a chemical and food consultant , I have to deal with machinery more times than I actually want to and Oh BOy

How many times i have witnessed this machinery building stuff taking more than it was agreed .. 100% of times , its always late like always
It s not an easy thing , it requires precise calculation and than applying those calculation precisely it it very very tough

two years ago we were faced with a challenge of automatically putting a lid on show polish container the problem is show polish container lid needs to be clicked and it has an opening arm that prevents it now opening ae is sometimes slightly raise sometimes in its place and this is created headaches also proper setting of Lid was required so that the press that followed does not deform the lid instead it seals it with a click

and let me tell you it never worked lol

i normally like the machines i work with
but that could be my machinist background
i just really loathe this current program and their assembly that has been a constant issue for too long
i think i want it to succeed, for it would mean more work
but i would vastly prefer working on other programs than this one
but well, with everything currently going on i doubt we shall see much more from esoc/emu or iss or orion
still have some halo coming through....for now

well, it is monday
so back to work i go
this week should be a messy one
we have a third party audit, where we have a few recurring issues that i hope they have solved since
but also i have the melco mess i mentioned before that will now be vying for priority with a new halo unit
from what i recall, halo was a higher priority but with the audit happening and the melco unit taking up space it prolly shouldnt be taking up.....that might flip
or it could be like last week where one boss says melco is #1 and other boss says halo is #1 but there is only one me so both is not an options
tbd
either way, should be a tiring week

got my booster over the weekend, so arm is a bit sore still
i am almost out of sick time for the year so might try and get a flu one soon
mostly because i didnt not get dizzy or faint this time on the booster!
slowly growing better at mitigating my needle phobia

got tickets to see the touring company of hamilton when they come through
also going to be seeing hugh jackman sometime this month, so good shows inbound
got approved for presale on keys tour but idk about the venue in nyc or that its a mid week show
might not have the pto to go..
gotta find that out tonight because presale is tomorrow

and I can only wish you luck

I have been working on this Zinc Oxide project and there main issue is filtration , i Live in backwater country when it come to technology and machinery so all I have is internet and myself and Hit and Trial at my end . over 16 years of R and D experience so I know how to solve it but what to do , is when you find solution only to fin that Chemical is not available and that machines need to be imported lol

yikes

i wish you luck as well

i have gotten even busier since last entry
house insurance came out with a drone to check it out before renewal (for the first time in 9 years)
i have a huge list of stuff they demand be fixed in 90 days or they'll not be renewing
including a new roof
well, jokes on them
the only thing that stopped me from getting the insurance requoted was the unknown age of the roof
so in a few weeks after its been redone, ill be dropping them for another like i had planned
just planned to do it in the spring, not in the next 90 days
oh well

hugh jackman show was last night and it was fun!
nyc was also fun too
visited the nintendo store and got a kirby backpack

now just cleaning up the house for biweekly dnd session i host

Thanks

ahh house cleaning , don't know if u like it or not but there is this certain satisfaction in cleaning i mean u see a dirty place u clean it and you get instant results , rarely there are anythings in life that give such instant results than cleaning i find it very satisfying

hmm well if the roof was so old and in bad shape was it not a risky thing for you? I mean it could have fallen off anytime, i guess you can it like every cloud has a silver lining it will get fixed now

i dont like most cleaning
i like organizing and sorting though
roof was old, i think? we could find no records on its age
so it was at least over ten years old
but was not safety risk or i would have already been working on getting it fixed
no leaks, no missing shingles
just some moss over the bay window and starting to see granular loss, which is why i had figured it might be time for it next year
just hadnt planned on needing it asap or i would have done it first and gotten a new car next year instead
woulda just flipped the purchasing times
dont like taking on debt when it can be avoided with better planning
so mostly just peeved someone else got to decide the timeline for me

Ahh that's rough , so this little drone has thrown a monkey wrench in your plans must be very waxing
tell you what when things go wrong in my plans I think of the worse things that could have happened , it surely does not change the situation but it does change my mindset coping with things

got the insurance photos to confirm some things
turns out the "peeling paint" insurance claimed they saw was in fact just where i had windows so dirty the drone thought they were peeling lol
one powerwash and theyre golden now
actually, i feel bad for my house
i hadnt realized how grimy it had gotten outside
it needed that bath, bad
signed contract for roof replacement today
so that'll be done sometime next month
got a dragon quest random gift box today too
had a few neat things in it
had bought it before house insurance stuff
no more personal want purchases for a bit going forward
but didnt cancel/return anything i had already bought
cant have all work and no play

We have a birch tree on front off the house. When it seeds they get in the gutter. This year they terminated fast and we had a little weed garden in the gutters.

I loved the shuttles! But they are retired
and in all seriousness, orion/artemis seems fine so far
most of the problems i see are for things destined for satellites
i just like to make jokes because after working with some of my coworkers this long, i wonder how anyone actually safely makes it into space

A leap of faith , more like a journey of faith than a leap lol .. hmm have you watched Dr Stones? I think your companions in in that shuttle matters a lot
i have been asked many time this question , what is your favorite destination and my answer is always , its the companion that matters destinations are irrelevant
