We're all dumb to someone. Put professor brainiac, head of the department of big words in a garage and watch the mechanics mock him trying to change a spark plug.
It's all relative with a million frames of reference.
Or i might be too dumb to understand anyway.
Indeed, I have 2 GCSEs (English and maths) and 3 NVQs (Retail and customer service), but because I have mild Autism I still get accused of being retarded or worse.
I don't beee-lieve it!

Been in business since 2009 and have been subject to many many frauds because I was too trusting and now I am too skeptical lol , my behavior is far from normal many a times being straight forward a lot of people find me annoying for a businessman so yes a lot of them calls me dumb
