eBay seller issue again!

So I've been in contact several times with the American seller on eBay for that Robocop suit I bought last month, which was ordered 4 weeks yesterday ago and there's NO sign of it even being dispatched yet.

No response at all from the seller, should I report him/her/it?

I've just requested the money back, all of about £84, but it's unlikely they'll play ball, should i get legal on them?

I am aware of Google.

So I requested the money back and eBay have stepped in, if he/she/it doesn't respond by close of play on Wednesday (and it's unlikely they will), eBay will force them to give me the money back.

It happened this morning, the seller didn't respond so eBay has given me the money back.

And may take action against the seller.

And this has taught me 2 things.

1) International sellers shouldn't sell on eBay UK
2) Always check any potential buyer/seller's feedback, if they have a LOT of negatives, don't buy off them or sell to them.

So once again there's a problem, item was out for delivery last Sunday, and according to the tracking there's no sign of it being delivered 3 days later.

Again, it's an International seller and I believe they're using Evri as Courier.

I've contacted the seller, it's unlikely they'll do anything.

The seller is using DHL, according to the tracking it's been "misrouted" whatever that means, should've been delivered last week.

If it's not delivered by the middle of next week (and I can 95% guarantee it won't be), I will report the seller.

Well the item never arrived, I got in touch with eBay and they found in my favour and gave me $36 back.

International sellers on eBay UK? WHYYYY?!

This is the SECOND time in as many months that I've had a major problem with them!

That's strange, 'cos I have very few problems with them. My steampunk waistcoat came from abroad faster than the long coat I ordered from a UK supplier. My chainmail came from India no probs. The only problems I have is with their sizing estimates.

Yeah a couple of years back I ordered a Blue Beetle cosplay (adult size) from a Chinese seller, it came but I ended up having to send it back because it was too small, you've met me, you know I'm small for my age but this was a flippin' CHILD size advertised as ADULT!

Well it seems yet another International seller's let me down on eBay UK! What the hell?!

I ordered a Flintstones DVD on the 7th of August, 9 days later it's still not been marked as out for delivery.

In the likely event it doesn't arrive by next Wednesday, I will report the seller.

Well according to the tracking it's at Heathrow (London) as of yesterday morning so it may come on Monday after all.

Well as of a message on eBay on my phone about 10 minutes ago, it's been out for delivery as of this morning.
