I cried tears (of joy) when I saw *ahem* Princess/Jun's knickers in the English version of Science Team Gatchaman (aka Battle of the Planets) 40 odd years ago.

The dog says......ED-WARD.
I didn't cry but it did make me turn it off. Not tried to rewatch.
Bingo made me cry 30+ years ago.
Watched Hachi while my other half was pregnant, she cried through 90% of it. To this day she blames the hormones.

Fair point but some movies do make you cry, for instance, 43 years on I still can't watch the scene in ET where he "dies" on the operating table without shedding several tears. Or the bit in the Neverending Story where Falcor dies.
I don't beee-lieve it!
