DHL America are a bunch of incompetent morons

I bought an item from an International seller on eBay about 2 and half weeks ago, it was supposed to have been delivered last Sunday, yet according to the tracking on the DHL Commerce America website, it's been "misrouted", you what?!

I've contacted the seller on eBay, they're passing the buck and telling me to contact DHL, I just did, all they said was what I already know, that the item's been "misrouted", I can contact them this afternoon apparently (8 AM Eastern which is 1 PM GMT)

Has anyone else had problems with these people?

It's an American company, and I am aware of Google.

I've just contacted the seller on eBay. I've told her that if the item does not arrive by close of play next Tuesday (and I can 95% guarantee it won't), I will be filing a strongly worded report to eBay.

The seller's just contacted me on eBay, if it doesn't come by Sunday the 13th (and I can 100% guarantee it won't), I've got to ask eBay to step in as according to the seller (who is obviously a complete idiot) they're the courier.

Well I launched a dispute against the seller on eBay last night, and eBay have found in my favour and given me the money back, which will be back on my main Bank card hopefully by the beginning of next week (3 to 5 working days)
