A bit annoyed myself.

The support guy told me this morning that he's not available for either of the shifts next Wednesday, it's not so bad that he's off over to Manchester that morning, but ideally I need someone I know, preferably a driver, for the Taekwondo shift that night as I can't be doing with the faffery of having to book Taxis there and back but by the same token, I can't not go.
