I once did that at Mum's, I ran a bath, went on the Playstation and completely forgot till half an hour later! By which time the House was flooded! I rang Mum at work and said "I've wet the Bath mat!" (slight understatement methinks), so work sent Mum Home.

We'd not been moved long so they were going to redecorate the Bathroom anyway

my downstairs light fixture is still dripping lol
im really concerned about just how much of the floorboards/ceiling are waterlogged but i cant really do much about it... got the heating on to try to help it dry at least

Genuinely in my head I thought only stuff like dirty pans bothered me but it's wild how much just getting some clothes out the house to be donated and rearranging stuff has helped

We don't think there's any permanent damage and we've managed to paint over it
Now there's crayon all over his bedroom walls though so... more paint to come lol

Crazy child must've smuggled them in his room while I wasn't looking

Spent 5 hours in town yesterday with baby daddy and kids for the pokemon go event so now im exhausted lol, lazy day today (although i still ended up doing tons of chores?? mama life never ends)

haha my son has been struggling so much behaviourally this week that nursery have had to put him in the preschool class hes not due to start until september... we're kinda guessing it's an understimulation issue given his suspected autism so we're gonna set up a plan to try and find distractions for him...

Mortifying but i'm glad that at least other professionals are seeing the things i've been asking for advice on for months
