Ahhh! Not super into Action myself, but it is one of those umbrella categories that overlaps with many other more specific genres
Full Metal Alchemist and Sword Art Online were 2 series that I enjoyed, along with The Irregular at Magic High School.
Other series to look out for...
That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime
Spy x Family
Gintama
Cowboy Bebop
Jo Jo
Black Butler
Tokyo Ghoul
and of course all the Shonen classics - Bleach, Dragonball, One Piece, Attack on Titan, Naruto, Fairy Tail, My Hero Academia, Jujutsu Kaisen, Demon Slayer...and so on.
Comedy wise...
Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions!, Ouran High School Host Club, and The Eminence in Shadow are all series that I have enjoyed.
Other series with good recommendations include...
Mashle: Magic and Muscles
Lucky Star
Cells at Work.
K-On!!
Grand Blue
and of course any series that has the word "ecchi" in it's description.
