Ah data, the goal of the black/grey hats.
Passwords are gold, some people, including my OH will use the same password for several dozen sites, when I found my details were on the dark web I noticed a vast upswing in attempts to my Facebook/Outlook/Google/Paypal accounts, I'm savvy enough to use multiple passwords, this forum 1 was unique, so no doubt some (multiple) dumb ass(es) is/are trying it on multiple accounts and getting nowhere.
I do have a password that gets used for multiple sites but those are ones with no other personal details other than my Email account, which is already out there so, mehh.
