Me too, however if they come tomorrow, it'll be the 12th time since the 12th of last September, therefore I don't hold much hope that they'll fix the sodding thing.

If I could afford it I'd just say sod it and get my own Engineers in after using Google, but I'm stuck using SYHA contracted ones.

Who have proven to be about as much as a chocolate teapot.

Mad, once again the flippin' support staff have let me down, Laura rang last night, the guy who would've been coming's gone off sick, and he was replacing another guy who said he's got something else on today! This other lad is hopeless and has missed 4 shifts since last weekend.

Not acceptable! We have a meeting next week with the social worker, stuff will be said, I can't take much more of this.
