Slightly deaf.
To those just starting on the journey of life I say...
Bang your own drum. Walk your own path. Live wildly. Love fiercely.
As you near the end, look back with no regrets.

A bit tired.

I'm not training tonight after a 2 hour sparring session yesterday plus the normal session last Wednesday so I've got 3 hours in already.
I don't beee-lieve it!

Confused.

I've had a conversation with my social worker this lunch time, he's still banging on about me changing Taekwondo clubs to one that trains during the day! And the only one I know of that's even remotely this end of Town is at Hillsborough LC on a Saturday afternoon.

However, I've expressed concerns that at 48 next April, I'm too old to join another club and have to start right back at white belt.

Not that the social worker's taking any notice of that, all he's bothered about is Dad not taking me any more to classes, I sympathise about his eyesight, the man was 75 in October, but come on! I tried to go to class via Veezu last Wednesday, and the damn Taxi didn't turn up despite being booked more than 24 hours previous.

And the local community transport companies such as Yes 2 Ventures, who I've known in an official capacity for years, don't run in the evenings so I'm stuck with annoyingly unreliable traditional Cab firms as I'm loath to use Uber unless I absolutely have to, and I might have no choice.
I don't beee-lieve it!
