Above.
I plan on visiting Sports Direct in Town over the weekend to purchase some new Joggers, however there's no facility to try them on there, and I'm quite funny about buying stuff as I have short legs and the shop bought stuff's nearly always too long, however I know of old that Sports Direct are often a bit funny about taking stuff back if it's already been tried on.
I did quote what was then current SOGA a few years back, but they ignored me.
Can anyone update? I am aware of Google and use it frequently.
Anyone have up to date knowledge of the Sale of Goods Act?

There is now a new issue relating to the SOGA.
I bought Double Dragon Gaiden: Rise of the Dragons from thegamecollection.net, received last Thursday, tried it on 2 different Xbox consoles (Series X and One S) and it won't load after installing, on the One S it gives an error code (0x80070490) and after contacting MS and posting on the forum on Xbox.com, I still don't know what the problem is? I contacted thegamecollection.net circa last Friday, they got back to me about an hour and half ago, saying the game is now outside their return window (even though it arrived last week, and under the SOGA I have 30 days to return it no?) and to contact the game developer/publisher, I have done, no response on their website/Twitter or Discord server yet.
Is there anything I can legally do?
I am aware of Google.

Well thegamecollection.net's just got back to me, the message sent this morning was wrongly sent apparently, right! Next time I buy ALL my games on Amazon, Game use Evri for deliveries who are a pain most of the time, thegamecollection.net sell faulty games.
They asked me to detail the error code, and review all the steps I did, including Factory resetting BOTH my Xboxes twice each, uninstalling/reinstalling the game 5 times each.
*Goes off to thegamecollection.net to cancel several pre-orders*

Ugh, I bought another copy of the game, this time from Amazon.co.uk, and the damn thing still doesn't work! Therefore logic dictates it's the game and not my console.
I've Tweeted Modus Games who made it, but it's unlikely they'll give me a coherent response.
