Just got back from TKD, I nearly didn't go at all due to hearing aid problems but Mum managed to fix it.

A bit tired, just made a huge batch of buttercream for my mum because she is busy today including a load of orders of cakes to make. My right arm is now aching quite badly

Unfortunately none of us were ever taught BSL, the "powers that be" never even thought of it! I wouldn't mind but it'll be 40 years next August since I started with hearing aids in the first place, and nowt's ever been said about signing in all them years.

i'll be fine, i have tools at my disposal to take care of anxiety, i just have a lot of nervousness as of late
