Banking problems (Virgin being annoying again)

Been having problems all day with various payments on both my cards, I bank with Virgin Money, who took over Yorkshire Bank a couple of years ago, I've been at the Hillsborough branch since 1995 so nearly 30 years.

Has anyone else had problems? I was on the mobile for over 20 minutes this afternoon with one of their call centre agents to try and sort the issue, I thought I had, yet the main card still doesn't work online and I have an urgent payment to make online that should've been paid yesterday so it's already incurred late payment charges.

I've never had any problems with my Bank(s), and if you have regular payments to make why not set up a Direct Debit or Standing Order?

I have more standing orders than most people can poke a very big stick at.

Having a load of standing orders isn't necessarily a bad thing though it saves you from having to pay regular payments manually.

Dad and I are scheduled for another trip to VM Bank in a bit, I strongly suspect my main card's in the red.

I've been having failed payment problems all week.

We've just got back from VM, the PIN number on the main card wasn't activated, I've just managed to pay off the debt that should've been paid on Monday.

Very helpful young ladies in there, and most of 'em are really pretty lol.
