You might be better off going to the Train station, find a park and ride and get the Bus to the venue, might be cheaper than parking.

Well, according to Parkopedia, there are several car parks on the UEA Campus that have a flat rate of £1 all day for Saturday and Sunday, including this one with 754 spaces.
