A little knackered (been busy today, all in a good cause, sorting a new phone out) but I might be hitting the sack shortly.

Happy that I now have a "new" phone which should work by tomorrow lunch time for making/receiving calls and texts.

I should've gone to the PO in Town 20 minutes ago but I can't find the red letters and they won't give me the stuff without them even though I have ID.

I'm not sure, but I think if it is a tracked parcel you can go on the website and ask for redelivery.

Just in the process of sending a few emails for work, and predictably all the contacts are on annual leave till next week, does this company ever do any actual work?
