Does anyone know how to cook "spicy Duck neck"?

I bought it for about £3.50 from the Oriental Supermarket on West St on Tuesday, brought it today for Mum to cook for my birthday, and because we don't really know what it is? Other than duck neck, we can't Google the cooking instructions because all the text on the packet's in Chinese!

If your's is pre-marinated with all the spices you might be able to miss some steps.

And it's in date till August, I might get Mum to do it this weekend.
