You have inspired me to eat better lol Well Cheerios at least. I bought a box and in stead of covering them in sugar, I bought choco milk.

That's a good start but remember the choco milk might contain added sugars.

I'm sure it does. But WAY less than I would add. And even chocolate milk has vitamins. Lol

Choco milk's got just as much sugar in it so there's not much difference.
