Nissin Cup Noodle Animated Commercials

I don't know why I'm surprised, because it makes absolute sense, but I've just discovered a range of anime themed commercials for a Japanese food company.

Specifically for their Hungry Days Cup Noodle pots.

First up, four adds featuring cameo appearances from One Piece characters. Somebody has conveniently edited them into one video.

The very first add featured a confession, but I'm not sure there will be much time to pursue the relationship.

Some of the younger lady voice actors for Ranma 1/2 formed a small group called Doco, and you can find their animated music videos on Youtube. Not sure if they were contracted to use some of those songs for the anime or not. In any case, not surprising they make anime themed videos for ramen and other commercial products.

Still like the Tommy Lee Jones Boss Coffee commercials as well as a few of the pocky ones.

OOoh, a McDonald's commercial.

When she trips with the fries, it reminds me of a comment from the first episode of The Devil is a Part-Timer, where Chiho is asked to "stop planting potatoes" by Mayumi.
