Diet is everything though. I’m eating lots of mackerel and chicken and being consistent with the exercise. I’ve been strict for the past 3 month and have seen some results! You can do itttttttt

Canceling my planned stream for today. I just feel so tired all of a sudden. I usually stream on my twitch channel on a Wednesday night but if I’m honest I’m feeling a bit dejected with it, mainly because I get little to no views and it’s like “ why do I put in so much effort, if nobody is watching”
