Yeah cos i'm type 2 diabetic so i can't eat or drink sugary stuff (although i do sneak chocolate occasionally)

Depends on many factors, but an elevator would have to be really gross to make me walk up multitudes of stairs, especially now at my age.

I'm not a big fan of swimming but I know how and will do it recreationally. Baywatch is great tho.
Oh and I despise elevators. They make me anxious and nauseous.
