That's because June is still the Spring Season (April, May, June).
After a quick look, the only things debuting in June is the Spriggan Anime on Netflix and the Gundam movie. There may be a few more but I'll have to track them down.
Most anime air for 12 episodes which fits neatly into a three month period. Hence, they all seem to start at the beginning of the quarter.
