Is anybody else watching this?

The everyday lives of 4 teenage girls who work in a fantasy estate agents office (Real Estate for the Americans in the room).

MAL describes the series.

The story begins 15 years after the demon king was defeated and the world has become peaceful. Kotone, who graduated from school and became a magician, inquired about the kingdom-affiliated RPG Real Estate in order to find a new home. In reality, RPG Real Estate was Kotone's place of employment, and together with Fa, a demi-human, the priest Rufuria, and the soldier Rakira, they help support the searches of new homes for the customers with various circumstances.

Each weekly episode features 2 short stories about the girls and their customers.

It is a new angle on the fantasy world, and very entertaining.

Loli moe no gori gori. And lots of loli fanservice.
Having pantsu in the first 5 minutes, an exhibitionist, and a bath scene in the first episode. It knows its audience quite impressively and pursues it with gusto.

Oh sorry, we're not supposed to say that out loud are we. It is very cute, yes, that's the point.
