Honestly, I think pretty much anything from Bleach is fantastic.

Same goes for JoJo.

Outside of that, Ghost in the Shell SAC2 had a great intro (Rise by Origa).

If your looking for a feelgood slice of life anime, you don't need to look any further than Usagi Drop (Bunny Drop). It features a little 5/6 year old girl named Rin who is left homeless by the death of her father. She is taken in by her 30 year old nephew, and the anime is about their new life together as a family. (Read that last sentence again carefully)
