ADHD brains sometimes flip what caffeine does to them!

Sometimes it makes me real tired, sometimes it makes me real wired

Usually if I take it with my ADHD meds, it works as intended. If I take it without my meds, it tends to make me groggier.

Old me coffee- 3tsp sugars 5 half and half capsules in a 200ml cup.
Old me tea- 3tsp sugars about 1/4 cup milk in 500ml cup

Me today coffee- black with 1tsp sugar, coffee no sugar but with double cream (and a bit of spike if I have it) 200ml cup or no coffee at all.

Me today tea- 500ml cup Yorkshire tea bag a tiny bit of sugar and two dashes of milk.

I have phases with hot beverages. Trying to discover that one drink for the morning with yet no success.

i have both tea and coffee with lots of milk and occasionally a teaspoon of honey, i'm not a big fan of sugar in my drinks so i replicate the sweetness with honey which works surprisingly well with coffee at least :3
