tea: one spoonful of splenda or none at all

Coffee: With MCT oil and erythritol.

Coffee is usually white. At home, Instant is a heaped spoon with about 40% milk. This is due to years of having to drink it fast on short breaks at work. If it is ground, I have less milk.
Tea can be black, white or green as the mood takes me.
I don't take any sugar or sweeteners.

Just black coffee because I'm that person XD when I go to cafe's I take a white coffee or latte because the back coffees there are so bitter

If I really need a tiny bit of caffeine and have no access to anything else I will do a black coffee, just don't really like coffee much at all

3 sugars, 1 spoon of coffee, half a spoon of flavoured coffee, milk in before water, stir for 3 seconds and then continue to stir while pouring in freshly boiled water, start drinking within a minute of making
