plan for today was to see if I Could get in my car and drive. Because of the trouble I’ve been having with my back I wasn’t able to work the pedals cos I couldn’t lift my legs but today I was able to do it for the first time in almost 3 weeks. Tomorrow I have to get my INR’s done but at least now I can drive myself. And in the evening I plan on doing a Nepflix and chill session because while I’ve been I’ll with my back I haven’t been able to sit at my computer to do it, but as I’m writing this I’m feeling a lot better so it’s time for us to resume our weekly scheduled programming. (I’ll be doing it at 8pm GMT tomorrow 20/01/22)

Doing some chores, then off to training at 6. Back about 8.30 then shower, supper and me time until midnight.
