First day back to training after the break, so physically tired and expecting to be a bit sore tomorrow.
what training did you do?

I hold a 1st Dan Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, and train twice a week. I'm hoping to get my instructors certification later this year.

I can relate, that's how I feel sometimes when I'm at college

you're like one of the only people on here who understands how it feels to have too little sleep, it's the worst D: the feeling of waking up at what feels like 7/8am before checking your phone to see that i's only like 4am honestly kills me!

as for myself today, i'm feeling pretty good for once and a little less insecure which is also nice :3
believe me when i say i know what it feels like as well :> it's fucking miserable

I'm ok. Mental situation decided to get loud though, but other than that things are good. :^_^:

I've retreated into my games again because of my desperation to escape reality. If I've heard correctly, then I don't think things are going to be ok. But I'm also paranoid, so I hope there's nothing to it. But at the moment, I'm just not doing very well.

Better than before. A lot better than before though, that's for sure. The paranoia has been extremely reduced from talking with mom. Moms are awesome.
