i’ll be okay as long as i get my early nights. doctor shouted at me for not getting enough sleep, so i’m gonna have to be in bed by 12 so i can fall asleep at about 1 every night over the next month or two. then i can wake up between 6-10 depending on whether it’s a con weekend or not.

i need to chase up my scan too because i’m genuinely like actually sick of being in this pain all the time, and i need a diagnosis asap. unfortunately if it is arthritis it could take literally years which is why i wanna kickstart the process as early as i can

need to send off my pip application too because a lot of places don’t accept ESA as proof of disability

Well I hope they figure it out abd yiu start not being in pain.

Some doctors need to get smacked. It took years until I could find the right doctors. At least now ik not getting sick allvthr time.
