i think i definitely pushed myself to do too much at the weekend

gonna ring the doctors tomorrow and push for them to do something regarding my hip and knee pains because it is getting to the point where it's starting to affect my day to day life now.

I've been learning how to walk so knee and hip pains have been annoying there are times where at night that everything from the hip down just hurts from relearning to walk. I'm already on anti-inflamitories and at least it's starting to get better, less days when everything hurts. I'm on my feet and at least i can now not having to wear my boot everywhere i go, i only have to wear it at work still and if i'm out and about and am in pain otherwise i'm walking in shoes and with my cane for support.

My cats definitely miss them, but it's nice spending time with them
And tbh, it's just nice having a house to myself XD I do love a bit of alone time every now and then!
