@Nethack I have a question for you staff members who are Hmod and above.

I've taken note that there is an award that should have considering I won the lottery and bought my custom rank bar, the Bank award and yet I don't have it. Why is this?

Between the AL points I have and spent I have over 100,000.

Points at VIP badge (Awarded for spending 50,000 + AL points. 50,000 + 79,715 = 129,715.

it appears as though you do actually have a custom rank bar. It is possible that it just wasnt added to your profile immediately. Is the Knight Rank not the one you wanted or had bought?
