Exhausted.
Insomnia for the last 2 nights means I'm on almost no sleep. Job stress is even more fatiguing.

How much sleep have you had? I suffer from severe insomnia and only get 1/2 hours of sleep per night, so everything I do feels like a massive effort tbh :c Have you considered using CBD/THC to help you sleep? I hope you know what I mean by that!

I got about an hour of sleep last night and the before night. Would be so bad, except job stress is chewing through that restfulness in minutes and I feel completely drained by my first break. CBD isn't my thing, and I'm assuming THC is something similar.

I know that feel bro, working a difficult job on so little sleep is the worst and is something that I'm also fighting against but you can handle it, I have faith in you

! As for THC, if you don't like being intoxicated then I understand why it wouldn't be your thing, but THC is a natural remedy for insomnia and is much better for you than developing an addiction to sleeping meds like I have, my anti-psychotics & insomnia meds should work to help me sleep but apparently not :c You're stronger than me though so make sure to have an early night tonight, it sounds like you need it! Work won't seem as daunting when you get the right amount of sleep that you need also, but I'm aware that is much easier said than done D:

Just ate some chicken... or turkey, I found in the freezer. It was not very good. Gonna get Korean BBQ tomorrow, and I'm just wishing I was eating it now.
