Bath or Shower?

As someone who can at times have very little motivation to do anything at all, it has to be a shower. They are quicker and having a bath seems like so much more effort.

I do like showers but I also like baths. I shower mostly because it is more convenient but baths are good for simply relaxing when things become stressful.

I dont usually take a lot of baths tbh, but ive grown to really appreciate them for how relaxing they are because I am have been a lot more busier with things and feeling more stressed. Baths have been a great way to wind down at the end of the day

Shower. The bathtub in my house is old and made from a weird material (I don't know what it is). The water gets cold to quickly and the surface is really uncomfortable to sit on.
If it were more comfortable I wouldn't mind the odd bath but only for relaxing with Epsom salts or bathbombs.

Bath is always nice with bubbles! Just depends if it is nice and hot sometimes the hot tap doesn't deliver hot water
