feeling much more like myself today after having about 6 or 7 hours of sleep last night(!) which to me felt wonderful, for those who can sleep without issue please don't take it for granted, sleep is so so important! I'm not trying to tell anyone what to do or anything but the way I feel now compared to a couple of days ago is like night and day, feeling fresh enough that music is beginning to sound good to me again - good timessss c:
