Theres that or I sometimes make really bad puns. Most recent one was when me and my mum were watching The Masked Singer US version and the person with the tree mask was singing. Well I already seen it so I knew so I left my mum to guess and this was how it went...

Mum: Oh I don't know I'm stumped
Me: Ahhhh I see what you did there
Mum: Oh, haha i didnt mean to
Me: Right... You must be BARKING up the wrong tree there
Mum: Oh for god sake ive set you off didnt i?
Me: No its alright I will LEAF this alone
Mum: *groans and eyerolls*
Me: what? Its not like these puns are the ROOT of your problems
Mum: Alright stop that now
Me: Yeah, you are right. I need to BRANCH out to different jokes here
