I'm starting Gibiate.
So far the character designs undercut my expectation of quality.
And the OP is swordfighting but the opening lines are that the year is 2030.
Yeah my expectations for this just took a nosedive.
EDIT: oh, time travel. Well, ok. Maybe swordfighting in 2030 is ok then. We'll see.
EDIT: halfway through. Alright. Alright, I might dig this.
EDIT: This is rather expository. And they're accepting time travel really quickly. "Oh you're a samurai? fuckin sweet man". Maybe time travel is a known phenomena... Yeah it's seeming more like it's not new to these people. I really hope so.

Rurouni Kenshin - Episode 15
once again i'm loving this series; the animation, whilst not being the best, is reminiscent of other series released in the 90s (Slayers, NEXT, TRY, etc etc) which i love, plus Kenshin himself is pretty fucking cute c:
