2 this exercise should be done seated, you may sit in a chair with the feet firmly planted on the ground seiza, Burmese, half /full lotus, legs extended, against a wall, on a cushion or any other seated position you feel comfortable, you should not sit in a cross-legged in a chair.
3) Focus on your breathing & develop a steady rhythm (Count: In a 4 hold 8, out 16)

------I feel a little tired, I used the count 4 hold 8 out 16 I had to sneeze during my meditation, and about what I saw during my sitting meditation, I prefer to keep it to myself for now

The information comes straight from Adult Swim as the late-night program confirmed Toonami will air season two this fall. Fire Force will be added back to the roster on October 24 to debut the first episode of season two. Ahead of the big premiere, Fire Force will re-air season one in part starting with episode 15 on August 8.

For fans eager to check out the dub, Toonami promises to deliver a home run for Fire Force. The reception for season two is already positive as several episodes have aired already. In fact, Funimation screened the first two dubbed episodes online as part of its virtual convention at the start of this month. You can catch up on current episodes at Funimation or Crunchyroll if you cannot wait until October, but there are plenty of fans who will be holding out.

141 was pretty good it was a day in the life of the golden dawns, the first mission was to help wild boars that were covered in flames & save the people near Sosshi, village and those Purple peppers kind of reminded me of the real The ghost pepper, also known as bhut jolokia (which literally means Bhutanese chili, no wonder those boars, were up in flames the ghost peppers are one of the hottest pepper around, and I have had one, those ghost peppers in real life, and then off to dungeon near the near Spade kingdom to stop a former magic knight and his soldiers and the golden dawn got to keep four magical rings with boosting ability, and after him and the sand magic dude teamed up to take out that former or ex magic knight, I wonder does Yuno get to keep to the Neckless after catching it and the urn that Sylph carried for him?
