We technically live in a rural area so we can buy postage through our mail carrier. We just leave a firm and payment in the mailbox and they'll leave the stamps. Like a dead drop.

Not sure, I just asked the lady at the small post desk what I needed to send to UK and she said best is global forever stamp, which she should have back in stock again soon. So just a slight delay of maybe a day or so more
