I need to get started on Big Finish Audio stuff. I've just never gotten into audio books - either I end of focused on task I'm doing, and thus miss chunks of the audio, or I focus on the audio and lose concentration on tasks xD

Leicester lockdown is boring. Since it's back to first stage basically, though people are still ignoring it. Yes there's been more testing, giving higher figures, but lots of other places have higher testing rates as well, but don't have the same spikes, so it's more down to lack of following Social distancing policies.

Mostly annoyed, as my cafe is fully shut again, -but- the lockdown policies would still allow it as takeaway only (which it was open as). It's Tesco head office that have insisted the three Leicester Tesco cafe's close during it, not strictly because of the lockdown itself. I think it's to discourage people coming out for non-essential purchasing (as it is back to essential travel only/ basic essentials shopping, but people never followed that really from the off. Roads are marginally quieter, but not hugely).

And yay, I'm in lockdown still as it's been extended for another two weeks or so ( think, they haven't given specific dates).

they've lifted it in some of the non-city areas, but areas served by the city council, plus two of the 6 outer areas, are to stay locked down :/
