I pretty much don’t like fried anything
I like anything fried.

Chicken? Good. Fried chicken? Even better.
Potatoes? Good. Fried potatoes? Even better.
Tortillas? Good. Fried tortillas? Even better.

I use an air fryer, I like it. Food isn’t oily or greasy

And properly fried foods, even in a lipid, don't pick up much. The idea is that the hot oil evaporates surface water, and the hot water vapor leaving the pores excludes most of the fat from entering.

Common errors are starting with oil too cold, leading to oil saturation or leaving it in too long, such that the flow of water vapor is stemmed to the point that oils reenter the voids left by the water.

That said, I do acknowledge that air-fried foods will have less fat than their traditionally-fried counterparts, but in my experience they just flat-out don't fry as well.

So far the air fryer I've used has been superior at all frying I've tried with it. Timing is getting use to how it works is important. Cooking with it is not the same as with oil.

It pretty much is the same thing Jeni except no oil or grease is used. Only one oil I even like, the rest I dislike. The oil I like isn't used for frying because it'd burn.

I actually don't care about the fat in the least. Oils and Greases are terrible for flavor. Find them disagreeable.

Really it's anything that has crackers, bread etc. around the meat that's fried that I find disagreeable. If it's just meat then sure it can turn out good frying in oil or grease. However, an Air Fryer works just as good with less expense and mess.

I agree with the expense and mess.

We have an air fryer as well, and side by side you can tell the difference.

So it sounds like you hate breading, not fried foods generally. Buffalo wings, for instance, are typically fried either uncoated or with a light corn starch dredge (though some do bread them, such as Hooters if I recall correctly).

Do you dislike wings?

Air frying is the culinary equivalent of giving up on life.

I dislike how most restaurants prepare wings. Grilled is best, followed by baked.

I agree with that order except that fried is best.
