I was introduced to anime rom coms with Ranma 1/2.

Premise was two friends had decided that one day one of their children would marry, joining the families. One of them had three daughters, while the other had only one son. When the father with the daughters hears his old friend is coming to visit with his son, he informs his daughters, only one of which seems at least interested. Except what arrives on their doorstep is a young girl being carried over the shoulder of a panda.Things have already gotten bizarre.
