Well we could teach them 2E to give them something interesting to learn. I usually run 2E games at the conventions in the tabletop section though so if you are at any of the AL cons come and join in.

Pathfinder is basically 3.5 anyway, as i said i am old school and primarily run 2E

It's pretty similar, but it is updated from 3.5. It's certainly less different than 3E is from 2E, I'll give you that.

I call Pathfinder 3.75
Because while it's similar it's quite a bit different too. In reality it's just a different game with similarities to 3.5. It isn't really D&D

Members of the 3.5 team worked on it though, which explains its similarity.
