There's a difference in the UK I dont know if its the same in the USA.
Where Whisky is used for those from Scotland.
Whiskey is used for those from Ireland.
I like both, but prefer scottish single malts.

Liquor stores are not open on sundays and we also can not get wine or beer before 12 pm in the stores on sundays.
We also have to have food on the table before you get your alcoholic beverage before 12 pm at a restaurant.

We cannot buy beer or wine in the grocery store. We have state run liquor stores for liquor. Can't buy before noon at restaurants or stores.
